The space
The basement family room (11'8" × 23'5") seats the whole group with a sofa bed, a couch, and a futon, plus a smart TV with Apple TV, PlayStation 3, and an NES emulator wired in — just press Input on the remote to switch between them.
Complimentary streaming is available through the Apple TV input: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, CBC Gem, Disney+ and Apple TV.
Sound & fireplace
- Four ceiling and wall-mounted Sonos speakers play automatically through the TV — turn the volume up on the remote once it's on.
- A gas fireplace with a touch panel controls temperature (18–27°C), the heater (H0 off / H1 warm air / Fan blower only), and the flames (F0 off / F1 on).
Exercise area
- Yoga mat and foam roller for stretching or pilates.
- Mini dumbbell set — 3 lb, 5 lb and 10 lb weights.
- Bosu ball (balance trainer) with a guide sheet of recommended exercises.
- Vertical spin trainer — a compact standing exercise bike (max user weight 113 kg / 250 lbs).
