FLOATING DOCK
On the water
The property backs directly onto Lavergne Bay with a private beach and a floating dock — launch a kayak or paddle board right from the shore, or just wade in.
Kayaks & SUPs
- 4 adult kayaks, 2 children's kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and an inflatable lounger, kept on wooden stands near the dock.
- Paddles, life jackets and other gear are stored in the small cedar shed next to the stands — please return everything there (or to the stands) after use.
- Good spots to paddle nearby: Lavergne Bay, Marshall Bay, and around Morris Island.
Fire Pit
Right on the waterfront lawn, the fire pit is the spot for evening s'mores, stargazing, or just watching the sunset over the bay. Muskoka chairs are set up around it, and firewood, a bucket and a firestarter are kept in the wood shelter close by.
Fishing
- Try the Fishbrain app to find smallmouth bass, northern pike, and yellow perch in the area.
